    we would all be crushed

God’s will doing daily, a life full and true

      No other desire, just to be more like You

Get a Job, Sha da da dah


Junk yard dog, treasure hunting dude

   Finding more time to look in the waste land garbage dump

      Than in the “help wanted” section of the News!



Life of ease, though hard for lack of bread

   The man who wastes time vainly

      Should be working instead!



Tons of excuses never find a job,

   But looking hard everywhere

      Will find you plenty to eat!



And though your work for the minimum

   You’ll eat all you enjoy and more

      Than loafing with your buddies, hungry and broke!



So be wise in your poverty

   Or waste your time and money instead

      Weekend comes with no pay check

And you’ll still be lacking bread!

Babel


Listen, listen, listen to the blah, blah, blah

   ‘Cause there’s nothing in your cistern only blah, blah, blah!

Babel in, Babel out, what more can one expect,

   When you listen all day to Babel, then the Babel is all you’ll get!



To resolve the Babel problem you will have to change much more

   The heart is sick and wounded, darkness in your inner man

And to cleanse the well of speaking there is no Shrink that has the words

   But the Lamb of God’s own sacrifice has been offered for this purpose



The price is paid for your redemption, the blood to cleanse your soul

   Nothing more that you can offer, just receive what He has done

He gives you freely all that’s needed to stand up and overcome

   Babel that once spewed from your fountain now has become His Word!
